1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays) after we confirm your payment.
- Order Verification: Each order undergoes a quality and accuracy check before packaging. While rare, this verification may extend processing by up to 1 additional business day.
- Order Changes: Need to modify or cancel your order? Please contact us immediately at NanyangZhiqiRu@163.com. Changes can only be accommodated before your order enters the fulfillment stage.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer worldwide shipping from our location in China. Shipping costs and available methods will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We work with trusted international carriers to provide the following services:
- Standard International Shipping (Economy):
- Delivery Estimate: 15–30 business days after dispatch.
- This is our most affordable option, perfect for customers who are not in a hurry.
- Express International Shipping (e.g., DHL, FedEx):
- Delivery Estimate: 5–12 business days after dispatch.
- Available to most destinations, this option offers faster delivery with comprehensive tracking.
Please Note: The 3–5 business day processing period occurs before your order is shipped. All delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Final delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, local holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Customer Responsibility: For all orders shipped outside of China, the recipient is solely responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or handling fees charged by the destination country.
- These charges are NOT included in your product price or shipping cost paid to Promodealstop. The amount is determined solely by your local customs authorities.
- Non-payment of these fees may lead to significant delivery delays, storage charges from the carrier, or the return of your package.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
6. Delivery & Responsibility
- Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Proof of Delivery: Once the carrier’s tracking status is updated to “Delivered,” our responsibility for the shipment ends. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
- Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, additional reshipping fees will apply to send the package again.
7. Shipping Issues
- Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no updates or movement for a period significantly exceeding the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email clear photographs of the damaged product and its original packaging to support our investigation.
