1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused and Unwashed: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- Original Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
- Timeframe: The return must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received the item(s).
The following are NOT eligible for return:
- Items clearly marked as “Final Sale.”
- Gift cards.
- Any product that has been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to process your return:
- Contact Us First: Email our customer service team at NanyangZhiqiRu@163.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide the correct return shipping address. Please do not ship your return without this RA number.
- Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, include the RA number on a note inside the package, and ship it to the address we provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Promodealstop is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.
3. Refunds
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong or a defective item).
4. Exchanges
We currently offer direct exchanges only for defective items or items we shipped incorrectly.
- To request an exchange, please contact us at NanyangZhiqiRu@163.com with your order details and clear photographs showing the issue. We will guide you through the exchange process.
5. Return Shipping & Address
- The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.
- You must ship returns to the specific address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns to our general company office address.
6. Final Sale Items
- All items marked “Final Sale” are final purchases and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Eligible non-final sale items purchased as part of a promotion or sale may be returned for store credit only.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- We will arrange a prepaid return label for you and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
